"Serene, peaceful and quiet are the words that best describe our first 10 months at Cedar Ridge. During this time, we have had the wonderful experience of true "New England Living". The location, coupled with our home’s unique architectural design, has allowed us to fully enjoy and appreciate morning sunrises streaming throughout our entire home, beautiful sunsets from our 3 season room, and the changing seasons from colorful Fall days, through breathtaking Winter scenes, to the beginnings of Spring’s sights and sounds.

Because our life now is virtually maintenance-free, for the first time, we have had more time to appreciate the visiting wildlife and to take our dog "Roxie" for long walks and runs through the endless wooded trails. We’ve enjoyed no lawn care worries, and what a pleasure it has been to look out at the falling snow with no concerns for how many inches might accumulate because plowing and shoveling have become non-existent in our lives. We love everything about our home as much as we love this location. There is absolutely no comparison or match to any condo community around!

Living at Cedar Ridge offers us seclusion, expansiveness and beauty, yet it is easily accessible to get from place to place to meet our day to day needs. Additionally, the on-site staff, as well as the members of the team at Kent Pecoy’s showroom in West Springfield, continue to be so responsive to any of our requests….this has been especially important to us being the first to move here. Lastly, we mentioned the quiet, it still ceases to amaze us, in spite of being attached to another condominium, how nothing can be heard from our new next door neighbor, Barbara, and vice versa, I might add.
