Kent PecoyPresidentSince 1988, Kent Pecoy, a native to Western MA and the founder and owner of the Pecoy Companies, has been designing and building some of the most magnificent homes found in Massachusetts and Connecticut. For ten years prior to 1988, Kent was the owner and manager of a general contracting firm in Apple Valley, CA known as Kent Pecoy & Sons Construction, Inc. Kent’s 30+ years experience in design and building has exposed him to every aspect of the building industry. He has built a reputation that is second to none, and prides himself on creating homes that are not only beautifully appointed, but homes that create value, are quality driven, and reflect the lifestyle and personality of each of the individuals he builds for. |

Suzanne ClarkeDirector of Sales & MarketingSuzanne Clarke brings nearly twenty years of real estate experience to Cedar Ridge of Wilbraham and The Pecoy Companies. As Director of Sales and Marketing, Suzanne is responsbile for all aspects of the sales and marketing initiatives related to Cedar Ridge and all affiliated companies. Prior to joining The Pecoy Companies in 2005, Suzanne worked for Johnson Real Estate Investors for over seven years where she acquired extensive experience in residential and multi-family home sales and leasing, project start-ups, marketing and mid and upper management. Suzanne has held a Real Estate Broker’s License in the state of Florida and a Salesperson’s License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. |
